The Marsh girls had a much better day today! They were both still being a little difficult with their breathing, but better than yesterday. I got to hold both Devyn and Kinley for about an hour each today:-)
The girls' feeds were increased to 17 cc's today, and they are still mixing in the extra calorie stuff into their milk. I keep expecting them to start putting on the lbs....but it's definitely been going slow. Kinley actually lost a little weight yesterday. Wouldn't it be nice if we could all eat EXTRA calories and still lose weight?!?!
The physical therapist came by today to help Devyn work on her foot exercises. The staff thinks Kinley might have been squishing her sister while in the womb, and now Devyn's feet are turned inward slightly. The PT comes by frequently to help her stretch her feet and regain some of her range of motion. She was very pleased with Devyn's progress today, which is great!
